Terms & Conditions
- Fixed Desks are registered to an individual and benefits cannot be shared
- F&B credits not redeemed will not be refunded or carried forward
- When not at the desk, all belongings should be securely stored in the lockable cabinets at all times. The Social Space will not be responsible for any loss or missing items
Cancellation Terms
- Reservations cancelled within 24 hours of booking, or 30 days before the scheduled start date will receive a full refund of the initial payment, minus a 10% admin and credit card processing fees.
- Reservations cancelled within 10 - 29 days before the scheduled start date will receive a 50% refund of the initial payment.
- No cancellations are allowed within 10 days of the scheduled start date and no refund will be given.
